Driver’s contact details:
Your driver’s contact details (name, car plate number, phone number) can be obtained. The driver’s contact details are also included in the booking confirmation that was sent to you.
Pick-up information:
Your driver will meet you directly at your location. You can specify your pick-up location and pick-up time as you wish. You can modify your pick-up information until 1 day before the start of your trip. To do a modification, Update your pick-up information and click “confirm”. You will then receive a confirmation email with your updated pick-up information.
